We are looking for an Hybrid & Electric Systems Testing Specialist who will join R&D function of Motorsport Organization, in particular the person will join R&D Hybrid & Electric Team in Corbetta site reporting directly to the R&D Hybrid & Electric Systems Manager.

MISSION

Be responsible for Hybrid & Electric systems testing and validation.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Guarantee test execution as planned ensuring standards and time compliance;

- Based on requirements, develop a test planning defining kind of test, tools to be used, timetables, sample size, etc;

- Analyze and evaluate results and propose actions to improve the solutions or corrective actions in case of unconformity;

- Collect and share the list of tests and proof needed;

- Provide complete and accurate reports about advancing state and main problems.

- Degree in Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent technical experience;

- Italian fluent, English fluent;

- Excellent knowledge of Matlab;

- Excellent knowledge of Office package;

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ;

- Very good knowledge of hybrid/electric systems;

- Very good knowledge of testing methodologies.

For this role it is requested availability to some business trips during the year toward other Marelli sites or supplier/customer sites.
