We're looking for a **Hydraulics Specialist**to join our team at a customer site in **Lucca**.

This is your chance to play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of key systems in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Managing preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks for hydraulic systems.

- Developing and implementing hydraulic maintenance strategies, including standard work procedures.

- Troubleshooting hydraulic issues and leading root cause analysis investigations.

- C ollaborating with internal/ external resources.

- Monitoring system conditions, oil quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Train team members to enhance their skills and ensure they master essential competencies

**What**We're**Looking For**:

- Engineering qualification in hydraulics with hands-on hydraulic maintenance experience.

- Knowledge of automation systems (PLC/DCS) and technical drawings.

- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Fluent in English and Italian knowledge will be considered a plus.

- F amiliarity with SAP.
