Our team develops and lead the implementation of the Hydrogen strategy, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, manage programs for technology development and lead early customers' engagement to position innovative solutions.

**Play a pivotal role in our business

You will contribute to define the Hydrogen strategy for Baker Hughes while leading the execution of technology and customers' program.

You will coordinate and facilitate product development roadmaps toward new products/services offering, managing relevant pilot projects and research, development and commercial initiatives.

You will focus on innovations for Hydrogen technologies that add value to Baker Hughes's product portfolio, supporting the expansion of our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, managing programs for technology development and supporting early customers' engagement to position innovative solutions.

As a Hydrogen Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Becoming the key reference point within Baker Hughes on the focus technologies and development programs.

- Liaising with Baker Hughes teams (e. g. , Engineering, Incubator, Product Leadership, etc. )

and coordinating their activities to define and execute products/solutions validation programs, supply-chain, manufacturing and commercialization set-ups and optimization, also supporting the capital allocation process for new investments.

- Providing input to define value proposition from a technical and economic standpoint toward end-users and coordinate cross-functional support for budget proposals and technical offering.

- Partnering with the Sales team, Key Accounts and Commercial organization to define customer engagement and product strategy during early stages of project development.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess in-house competencies and to execute opportunities.

Identifying and working with third parties to provide additional skills, expertise and resource to deliver projects. - Managing project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plans, coordinating and effectively pursuing external funding opportunities.

- Identifying all risks linked to each project and program lead, setting up and executing the required activities to ensure each risk is identified, understood and properly managed.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc.

or MSc.

with relevant experience on Project Management, Innovation, Business Development, Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial.

- Demonstrate experience in navigating the uncertainty, solving problems and identifying solutions and ways forward to reach corporate's goals and projects' completion.

- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders.

- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems, providing resolutions and a clear "make things happen" approach.

- Be commercially savvy, aptitude for building relationships, understanding of customer requirements and market conditions, ability to negotiate to find win-win solutions.

- Have relevant experience in the hydrogen market.

Demonstrate experience in the energy industry.

- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers, suppliers, partners or Baker Hughes locations.
