Our team develops and lead the implementation of the Hydrogen strategy, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, manage programs for technology development and lead early customers' engagement to position innovative solutions.

**Play a pivotal role in our business

You will support the Hydrogen Growth Area team in managing the development actions related to acquired companies, defining products/services offerings, and coordinating the corresponding development and the execution activities also through pilot projects and research, development, and commercial initiatives.

You will focus on innovations for Hydrogen technologies that add value to Baker Hughes's product portfolio, supporting the expansion of our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, managing programs for technology development, and supporting early customers' engagement to position innovative solutions.

As a Hydrogen Project & Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Becoming the key reference point within Baker Hughes on the focus technologies and development programs

- Liaising with Baker Hughes teams (e. g.

Engineering, Incubator, Product Leadership, etc. )

to define and execute acquired companies' product/solution validation programs, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization set-ups and optimization, supporting also the capital allocation process for new investments

- Providing input to define value proposition from a technical and economic standpoint toward end-users and coordinate cross-functional support for budget proposals and technical offering

- Partnering with the Sales team, Key Accounts, and Commercial organization to define customer engagement and product strategy during early stages of project development

- Identifying and working with third parties to provide additional skills, expertise and resource to deliver projects

- Managing project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plans

- Identifying all risks linked to each project and program lead, setting up and executing the required activities to ensure each risk is identified, understood, and properly managed, with clear disclosure to the relevant stakeholders during the project/program life

- Developing and monitoring project execution with specific KPIs and reporting

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc.

or MSc.

in Engineering

- Demonstrate experience in Project Management, Innovation, Business Development, Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial, relevant experience in the hydrogen market is advantageous.

- Be commercially savvy, aptitude for building relationships, understanding of customer requirements and market conditions, ability to negotiate to find the win-win solution

- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders

- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems, providing resolutions and a clear "make things happen" approach

- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers, suppliers, partners or Baker Hughes locations

- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English

- Demonstrate experience in the energy industry

- Have experience in managing external delivery partners
