SUMMARY

IACS registrars provide customer service and direction to USAG Community members.

Duties include:

- processing installation passes for Local National Employees and Host Nation Contractors needing base access

- creating visitor's passes for the USAG Military community

- Registering DOD Military ID Cards into the IACS system in order for soldiers and their families to have installation access

Additionally, registrars are required to process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on post for special occasions and other on post functions.

A registrar will also Implement and understand all U. S. Army regulations pertaining to the IACS Project and work with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately.

**QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma

- US citizen over 18 years old

- Pass a criminal background check

- Experience in customer service administration

- US ID card holder with base access and SOFA privileges
