We are currently seeking a passionate and preferably an experienced **IB DP Coordinator** to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IB Diploma Programme.
Proven experience in IB teaching and an understanding of the role of IB DP Coordinator.
- In-depth knowledge of the IB philosophy, standards, and practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English;

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB Diploma Programme.
- Support and guide DP teachers in delivering the IB curriculum effectively and in alignment with IB standards.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge of the DP program.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to ensure the success of the IB Diploma Programme.
- Keep informed about IB regulations and updates to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the DP, including scheduling, assessments, examinations and compliance with IB policies.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and student-centered learning.
- Collaborate actively and daily with the MYP Coordinator to ensure continuity and coherence across programmes.
- Work strategically with the Academic Head of School to develop and enhance whole school strategies and systems
