**Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IBM Services Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to join IBM Associate program — a development program designed to provide the full-spectrum of structured training, development, and practical experience necessary to successfully launch and accelerate your career.

- You'll immediately contribute to top clients in collaboration with smart people in a dynamic environment

- You'll work on projects that help clients integrate process, technology and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value

- You'll be relevant for the digital transformation journey of customer.

- You'll work across multiple industry teams and build for re-use across them

- You'll have the opportunity to master new skills, work across different disciplines and move into new challenges

- You will have the opportunity to design new experiences through digital touchpoints for different end users, design technical solutions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in order to deliver projects, on time.

We are looking a person to help clients transform their businesses by supporting mobile business and operating model strategy and transformation plan development by understanding key mobile market trends and the change for businesses they are driving

Key responsibilities:

- leading/facilitating Mobile Innovation Workshops with both business and technical participants,

- conducting mobile market research, maturity assessments,

- developing mobility strategies and roadmaps,

- design mobile solution tech and processes to fit cross-industry market needs (public sector, banking, fashion, )

- work in a multidisciplinary team

- manage projects in a client facing role

IBM is a looking for a Mobile Application Consultant!

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Organizational, problem solving, and time management abilities

- Attitude and interest in Mobile Application Consultant career path

- Attitude and interest in a Consultant career

- Base experience in developing code, programming (welcome)

- Base knowledge of marketing or e-commerce platform

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Agile Governance e Development

- DevOps (optional but welcome)

- Design Thinking

- Mobile Application Lifecycle Basic Knowledge

- Curiosity and entrepreneurial attitude

- Interest in emerging technologies such as metaverse, IoT, AI, etc.

- Fluent English

- Italian mother language

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Education: Master degree in Engineering, Statistics, Math, Physic
