Our client who specializes in Engineering, Commissioning, and Technical Services throughout Europe on large-scale Construction Projects has an immediate need for an Instrumentation and Controls Commissioning Manager, who has a vast amount of experience in HVAC equipment and who has a proven track record in commissioning complex electrical installation packages

The Commissioning Engineers will overview the progress of the commissioning team and work closely with the Senior Commissioning Engineers during multiple phases of work in sync to deliver an aggressive program set out by the client.

This is a vast project and our client needs an experienced Commissioning Manager.

They want to bring someone on board that has had previous exposure leading Commissioning teams on Large scale Industrial Projects, as well as knowing what to expect when commissioning their systems to the client's standards.

Working for the Cx Agent on site has its upsides of regulated hours as well as exposure to all aspects of the project from inception to completion.

You must have the right to work in the EU and/or the right to work in Sweden.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate other commissioning team members.

- Field experience in stripping and overhaul of instruments, control valves and reinstatements etc.

- Understanding or Previous experience working as a commission engineer/technician.

- Overview progress made by Cx teams, schedule of dates Cx work will be complete.

- Author testing script protocols for use by the commissioning team and contractor teams

- Run specific integrated system testing.

- Assist in the planning and scheduling of Cx commissioning

- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders to include client facing.

- Undertake commissionability reviews

- Ability to put develop commissioning schedules.

- Undertake detailed commissioning schedule reviews with key stakeholders

- MV Switchgear.

- LV switchgear including Unit Substations and distribution switchboard.

- Static Transfer Switches

- Power Distribution Units

- Load Banks

- Standby Generators

- Switchgear interlock systems.

- Use of the site Electrical Power Monitoring System(EPMS) record results and status of equipment under test.

- Cause & Effect / Integration testing to all ESD / PSD / SIS / F&G devices.

- You must have a proficiency level.

- Liaising with installation/project engineers.

- Writing reports and commissioning scripts and other documentation.

- Developing and executing switching procedures while adhering to site LO/TO procedures.

- Ensuring safe working conditions.

- Comply with all site security protocols.

- Preparation of handover documentation, dossiers, redline mark ups etc

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on inspection, testing and commissioning of control and instrumentation equipment

- Degree qualified in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

- 10 plus years' experience with at least 5 years working directly as a Commissioning Manager.

- Highly skilled electrical and instrumentation with some knowledge of mechanical disciplines

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Experience in EI&C systems (high and low voltage).

- Knowledge of ABB control system

- You should be a team player with a degree of cross-skilling.

- Excellent computer skills.

- You will be required to complete all site-specific training before operating any equipment.

- Right to work in the EU

- Cultural awareness and the ability to work with individuals from different nationalities
