Our client is looking for a BMS integration manager on an exciting project in Sweden.

The project is a large industrial build, as the integration manager, you'll be required to manage and successfully deliver a complex site package.

The Integration manager will overview the work of contracts and subcontractors on site from design, through installation and commissioning.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree in electrical & electronics/ Construction management / Building service engineering qualification.

- 5+ years experience in a similar role

- Knowledge in the engineering of construction, installation, and inspections.

- Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Control, BMS, Telecom, Fire Alarm, PAGA, CCTV and Security System.

Knowledge/ experience working with a number of the above subsystems an advantage.

- Commissioning experience required

- ABB control system knowledge an advantage.

Key Tasks

- Investigation into latent defects and provide engineered solutions where necessary.

- Procurement of subcontractors for post-completion works.

- Preparation of purchase orders, works orders, and associated documents.

- Control of contractors and subcontractors

- Liaison with the Project Management and their agents on post-completion matters.

- Review of ongoing works with a view to highlighting potential defects.

- To comply with Company Policies and Procedures as well as Health and Safety Policies

Essential Criteria

- Excellent management skills

- 5 Years Experience in a MEP Site Management Role

- Proven Track Record on working on projects of high value and an industrial nature

- Excellent self organisation skills and ability to organise others

- Priority management

- Knowledge of building regulations

- Ability to drive program

- High levels of quality standards

- Attention to H&S matters

- Ability to handle multiple tasks
