Main activities and responsibilities Support the SAP COESIA implementation program, being part of the implementation team on the next rollouts.

Support external Application Maintenance Partners in incidents/problems resolution; investigating each time the Outsourcer needs help for troubleshooting.

Work closely with business referents to prioritize goals, needs and helps to implement the most efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions.

Business requirements analysis for change requests chartering, prioritization and business case preparation, by collaborating with Key Users, leveraging on the support and guidance of Coesia Global Business Analysts.

System effectiveness and performance (KPIs monitoring) for the assigned business processes, by taking care not only about user support, but also by proactively proposing up-to-date solutions.

Leads the effort to manage and clean the data in SAP.

Proximity User support, acting as IT Business Partner.

In order to accomplish these activities, you will cooperate with both internal and external resources, under the IT Global Business Analyst supervision, in resolving incidents, implementing change requests and leading small to mid-sized projects.

Eligible to travel across Europe for about 15% of the working time.

What You Need to Be Successful The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering as well as a documented SAP experience.

4-7 years in implementing SAP SD/CS Processes in Engineering To Order context, either for consulting or worldwide ICT organizations.

SAP SD knowledge is mandatory; CS knowledge is preferred.

Genuine interest in business development and strong understanding of business processes.

Attitude to team working, both internal and external resources.

Problem solving, customer orientation and proactivity.

Capability to manage a small team of internal resources, customer orientation and proactivity.

ABAP knowledge and ability to read and develop custom programs is an appreciated plus.

Direct experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation projects is preferred.

Having a positive mindset and system expertise, you will be able to help business prevent those problems and optimize already existing processes according to the models and standards defined by Coesia group.

As the ideal candidate, you are highly organized, a self-starter and well-structured.

Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential in this role.
