Business requirements analysis for change requests chartering, prioritization, and business case preparation, by collaborating with Key Users, leveraging the support and guidance of Coesia Global Business Analysts. System effectiveness and performance (KPIs monitoring) for the assigned business processes, taking care not only about user support but also proactively proposing up-to-date solutions. Support external Application Maintenance Partners in incidents/problems resolution; investigating each time the Outsourcer needs help for troubleshooting. SAP SD Knowledge is recommended. Design, develop, and implement Oracle software solutions, focusing on Oracle Database 11g, Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle Form Builder, and Oracle Report Builder, with specific knowledge on Sales & Distribution Scenario. In order to accomplish these activities, you will cooperate with both internal and external resources, under the IT Global Business Analyst supervision, in resolving incidents, implementing change requests, and leading small to mid-sized projects. What You Need to Be Successful The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering as well as documented Oracle experience (if possible, with Oracle Certification). 4-7 years of experience on Order to Cash processes and IT systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with individuals of diverse skills and organizational levels. Good experience (3-5 years) in Oracle application development, with specific skills in Oracle Database 11g, Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle Form Builder, and Oracle Report Builder. Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming. Experience on SAP Sales & Distribution. Experience with Price List Management and Calculation. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement complex software solutions.
