ICT APPLICATION MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION As an ICT Application Manager at Free2Move eSolutions (from here onwards, the Company) your primary focus and responsibility will be the AMS governance of the digital platform.

Your role will combine the definition of the company needs to adopt the state-of-the-art of digital processes/tools and the maintenance of existing solutions.

You will report to Head of Information Technology and you will be part of the Information Technology Team, collaborating closely with the all the teams and with third parties that provides service to the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Manages the interaction with vendors/third parties, defines service perimeter, KPIs and SLAs, service model;

- Define and Manage escalation process;

- Define and monitor the budget for system maintenance and improvement;

- Ensure the implementation of cybersecurity solutions;

- Continuously monitor and consolidate key market sources related to the adopted solutions;

- Identify key risks to achieve programgoals and/or development of mitigation plans;

- Preparation and presentation of IT Operation roadmap

- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles

- Proven knowledge of e-commerce platform (Magento, Zuora)

- Proven knowledge of CRM tools (Zuora is preferred)

- Proven knowledge of AWS (console management)

- Proven knowledge of System integration

- Proven knowledge of test automation system

- Experience in implementation and management of disaster recovery plan

- ITIL and Agile/DevOps certification is a plus

- Strongly interested in growing by testing himself/herself in always new challenges;

- Goal oriented;

- Capable of working on multiple tasks at the same time and tolerate work stress without compromising quality standards and compliance with project timelines;

- Very good communication skills;

- Team worker;

- Proactive and motivated;

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English, another European language among French, German or Spanish is a plus;
