Within the Global Central Function Transformation, we are looking for anICT CONTRACT SOURCING SPECIALISTAimed at supporting the ICT Contract Sourcing Manager, managing vendors and analyzing contract aspects during the phase of provider selection. Main responsibilities:Ensures support in the definition and management of the contractual deliverables obligations, coordinates and resolves contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual DOs, defining Key Performance Indicators to measure overall supplier contract compliance and performance;Supports in development, planning, organization, and implementation of IT contracting and IT sourcing strategies and programs to increase operational efficiency and profitability;Contributes to the standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFI, RFP and RFQ documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria;Provides regular interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels, ensuring contract compliance;Ensures support in the resolution of contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual DOs, defining Key Performance Indicators to measure overall supplier contract compliance and performance. Main requirements:University Degree;At least 5 years experience in similar roles;Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;Fluent in English.
