Opportunity We are looking for an ICT CRM and Web Specialist.
Objective of the position is to manage and optimize the company's CRM systems and web platforms, ensuring their effectiveness in streamlining business processes and enhancing customer interactions.
The role will be central in supporting process digitalization, improving user experience, and providing continuous technical assistance to ensure maximum efficiency and technological innovation.
Your responsibilities will be: CRM Management: Customizing and maintain HubSpot and Salesforce CRM to align with business needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Social Media: support marketing team implementing the digital multi-channel strategy CMS Management: Define and look after the various instances used by the business in order to guarantee proper setup (Drupal, WordPress) Lead Management: Developing lead capture forms, implementing lead scoring, and designing automated nurturing workflows to engage prospects.
Analytics and Reporting: data modelling and generation of reporting on key CRM metrics.
Enable the tracking campaign performance.
User Training and Support: deliver training sessions and support to users.
Integration and Automation: Identifying integration opportunities for custom-related data platform and system, implementing automation to streamline customer related processes.
Data Security: actively participate in the design and adoption of security best practice To be successful in this role you'll need to have: Bachelor's degree in ICT, Digital Marketing or related field Proven experience (> 3 years) working with CRM and CMS Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, fields, and automation Experience with integration tools Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Strong communication and interpersonal skills Full proficiency in English language Nice to have: Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes Wide understanding of digital channel management What we offer: Permanent full-time contract Benefits: smart working (1 day/week), company canteen, competitive reward system Workplace: Valbrembo (BG) We are committed to guarantee equal employment opportunities.
