What you'll do:
- You will join Domestic HR Team and report directly to HR Manager you will work closely with Leadership team of Information and Communication Technology Department to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities related to employee lifecycle management. In particular you will support the HR Manager in administrative tasks, onboarding and induction procedures, learning and development activities, performance management, salary review and recruiting processes;
- As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial supportive role in the supervision of employee management across our offices in Rome, Naples, and Palermo. This encompasses the management of HR operations, provision of support, and ensuring the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures throughout these locations. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with local managers and teams to address employee needs, foster a positive work culture, and contribute to organizational success.
Who you are:
- You have at least 5-7 years of experience in HR roles within structured contexts
- You have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft O365;
- You are proactive and flexible;
- You have a strong ability to manage people and work effectively in cross-functional teams;
- You are not hesitant to engage in daily operational and administrative tasks, demonstrating a willingness to handle hands-on responsibilities;
- You are available and flexible to undertake short domestic business trips as required for meetings, trainings, or other HR-related activities.
