DNV Business Assurance conducts a range of services, offering a wide range of certification and training services related to ICT, privacy and cybersecurity for all industries and we are keen to recruit a manager with experience and/or capabilities in these areas and help us to develop our portfolio and grow our customers globally.
**Role overview**:
The function of
**ICT Industry Business Development Global Manager** within Business Assurance is to develop and coordinate ICT, Privacy and Cybersecurity services at a global level, with particular attention to help Countries defining their own plans, to new service development and specific Key Customers' actions.
After growing and strengthening our approach on ICT services with a material growth in the last years, we are now looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our growth structurally in the ICT Industry.
The ICT Industry Business Development Global Manager will be part of the Market & Industry team and will report to the Market & Industry Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Development and implementation of ICT business plans and sales strategy for Business Assurance helping achievement of sales targets and profitability of services related to the ICT industry;
- Help countries in defining their Sales planning with the objective to maximise effectiveness in building sales pipeline;
- Work with the Country Sales Managers and peers on the development of a comprehensive business development strategy for the ICT Industry;
- Demonstrating key leadership behaviours of foresight, customer centricity, respect/ care and result orientation;
- Proactive management of ICT Sales representatives of the different countries ensuring they hit their targets, including creating a high-performance culture and help Country Sales Managers improve performance of their teams into the ICT Stream;
- Contributing to a forecasting process and follow up Countries for the respective plans and actions;
- Ensuring that all aspects of sales activities are recorded according to Business Area requirements;
- Drive and manage new ICT, Cybersecurity and Privacy Services development at a global level, helping countries developing their own services at a local level;
- Identify business development opportunities, support sales and delivery teams to propose new business, and drive such opportunities from concept to implementation and execution of such plans and tracking outcomes.
- Gather information and provide feedback on ICT industry trends by attending industry events (e. g.
conferences, sales meetings, food shows) and through a strong working relationship with relevant industry actors.
- Identify opportunities for promotions and additional services, that will lead to an increase in sales and works with the Sales teams to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
- Help and coordinate developing new Sales Channels for ICT, Cybersecurity and Privacy Services;
- Help Key Customer Managers to work on ICT, Cybersecurity and Privacy Services proposition towards own key customers;
