ICT Operations Coordinator**:

OTB Spa is looking for an **ICT Operations Coordinator **for its office in Milan.
The ICT Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following activities:
- Collaborate with the Central Infrastructure & Operation Team to locally deliver IT projects including coordination of third parties. - Implement processes, tools, methods, guidelines and standards in order to improve efficiency in store activities.
- Manage and procure ICT assets and provision of ICT services for both offices and store.
The role is part of a team also responsible to:
- Provide onsite and remote support to both offices and store. - Supply all IT set up required for new store opening.
- Manager IT Projects.
- Provide input to build IT Budget (Capex/Opex).
- Manage PO orders in his/her Region.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience in retail companies
- Proven experience in both Infrastructure and Applications areas
- Proven track record of delivering an agreed ICT Roadmap
- Good communication and project management skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders from different functions and different organizational levels
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
