Within ICT Business Solution Team - HCM (Human Capital Management) Area, the selected candidate will take part in technologically advanced projects of international scope.

In a highly data-oriented context, the resource will be involved in international projects, cooperating with the Asian competence center.

The supporting technological context includes advanced cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS and AI.

Governance and management of change to business are essential aspects of the daily work activity.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the business function as a reference point, defining project initiatives and managing ICT portfolio.

Participate in ICT projects of HCM Area as a Project Manager, assessing risks, costs and benefits, and defining and monitoring project plans.

Design new HCM company processes by working in close contact with the business.

Check HCM corporate solutions, providing first-level support and coordinating external teams for second-level support.

Manage the governance of project phases and budget of HCM projects.

Technical RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Management Engineering or equivalent background.

Good knowledge of English.

Proven experience in ICT project management at Enterprise level.

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of SQL language.

Skills in Business Intelligence with Power BI.

Soft SkillsExcellent social skills and capability to interface with internal and external players.

Results orientation and ability to work according to priorities.

Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
