NoOffer DescriptionThe ARIA project aims to develop an integrated air-breathing electric propulsion system for CubeSat missions.

The system will comprise a collector, an electric thruster, and a Power Processing Unit (PPU).

The researcher will be responsible for:Developing the power processing system and integrating it with the thruster. Participating in the preliminary system design. Developing a PPU breadboard model. Conducting experimental verification of the PPU, both in stand-alone conditions and coupled with the thruster. Supporting diagnostic data collection. Defining an optimal thruster control algorithm.
