**Posizione**:

On behalf of an important multinational company that is dedicated to advancing and optimizing the healthcare laboratory, we are looking for an:

**SALES & SERVICE DIRECTOR

**(IT Healthcare Sector)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Leads the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver client engagements designs and implements business and technology solutions;

- Responsible for the Marketing planning process for Services across all Businesses in the market and the local execution;

- Responsible for management of Digital Services Operation and Education center teams;

- Helps and oversees the quality of deliverables;

- Develops local go-to-market strategies for services standalone business and support the creation of integral (equipment + service) value propositions to drive profitable growth;

- Identifies and maps the key stakeholders and decision-makers;

- Negotiates contracts;

- Coordinates resources to execute the plan including assigning roles;

- End-to-end ownership of all Services commercial tooling and processes and drive continuous improvement.

**Requisiti**:

The ideal profile has got university degree and some experience (at least 3 years) as Customer Service Manager inside multinational healthcare realities.

He/she is familiar with customer service activities and with the latest customer service software, databases and tools.

He/she must be able to think strategically and to efficiently communicate with clients and prestigious interlocutors.

He/she knows how to lead and guide a vast team, setting goals clearly and sharing successful strategies.

He/she is a manager with proven leadership and analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
