The **Infectious Diseases Blood Virus Product Manager** for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for creating & promoting IDBV Culture and Knowledge to the organization.
This position is part of the Marketing & Sales Team** located preferably in center-south Italy and will be fully remote. Travelling up to 70% in Italy is expected. **At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will report into the Senior Manager Technical Sales Support.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Provide technical and clinical expertise to sales organization and to customers during the sales process.
- Be responsible for the development and use of strategy and tools to expand BC in market segments not yet served and to achieve sustainable growth in the Country
- Create Infectious Disease Blood Virus culture and knowledge
- Drive Intelligence of Competitors Reagents/Instruments and on Market trends;
- Collaborate on Customers segmentation, to achieve effective Product Positioning and Leverage instruments and reagents knowledge in order to differentiate BEC proposition and to develop key value selling points;
- Collaboration with Product Line Team to develop effective New Product introduction (NPI) and training. Following training to sales force, both in field and during meeting /area meetings + Corelab Specialists + Customer Care first and secon level support, + Field Application Specialists. ;
- Promote scientific activities in field (poster, workshop, etc. . . ) in order to differentiate Beckman Diagnostics portfolio,
**Preferred requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, CTF, Biology, Biotechnology or Microbiology (mandatory) with>4 years exp. , or Master's degree with>2 years exp.
- ** IVD and Infectious Disease/Blood Virus background** especially HIV / Hepatitis** **are a strong preferences, with Italian market knowledge and ability to optimally interact with the KOLs to maintain and improve our network
- Ability to work autonomously, using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services and bring new perspectives using existing solutions.
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- Official Tender Publication ("capitolato") analysis in order to identify gaps and opportunities, and to provide relevant input in term of wording and clarification requests;
- Organize customer Workshops and presentations, teaming up with the Marketing & Communication department for speakers monitoring and support;
