The Senior Manager, IDM Medical Operations and Project Management will report to the "
_Senior Director IDM Medical Operations & Strategy Implementation Lead"_ and will support the IDM Medical Organization, across the 39 Countries in the Region.
The role will be also called on demand to support the IDM Leadership Team, with CMD members based in Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia & New Zealand, for specific key projects that have an impact on IDM Medical Affairs, Stakeholders and Markets.
The role combines operational capabilities and project management excellence, while understanding Global-Regional-Local Medical strategic priorities, with the goal of seamless execution of the plan.

- Primary Responsibilities- Partner with the
- _IDM Medical Operations & Strategy Implementation Lead_ to provide project status, deliverables and risks for IDM Medical Affairs workstreams to allow for a holistic picture of key initiatives- Responsible for the regional implementation of a project accounting tool to manage medical projects in IDM - from project generation to cost tracking. - Total projects in scope across the IDM region: 5. 000+.
Role requires strong interaction with GME&I Global Team, as well as strong collaboration with local medical team / local finance team, in definition of timelines, pilot and roll-out phase, data migration and ongoing execution- Support the
- _IDM Medical Operations & Strategy Implementation Lead_ for Operational and Strategic tasks as needed, and primarily: IDM Governance model, OP process, LE process, Monthly performance analysis- Oversee critical medical processes with financial impacts across all categories (eg: ISR/NIS/Grant Programs) which require the understanding of main medical and financial processes, in strong collaboration with Global Teams- Provides coordination and support for strategic definition and tracking of medical qualitative and quantitative Metrics, in alignment with GME&I Global team
- What You Offer
Basic Qualifications- 10 years of relevant professional experience with a minimum of 7 years of Pharmaceutical experience and solid Finance background- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically- Proven project management skills: accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; deliver on budget and time, breaks down work into the process steps; develops schedules and task/people assignments; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks; measures performance against goals; evaluates results. - Fluency in English (both oral and written).
Other languages a plus- Advanced competencies in Excel and PowerPoint- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written, communication skills.
Ability to facilitate open discussion and build relationships through influencing and partnering, anticipating needs, fulfilling expectations working within international/virtual team- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks with frequent tight deadlines, work well and independently in a team/matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Economical/Engineering/Medical sciences is required. - Masters preferred in a quantitative discipline. - Adherence to Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy.
