IET is our Industrial & Energy Technology business.

As IET HR Regional Partner, you will be the focal point of a Manufacturing Plant based in Italy.

You will aslo support other organization in IET Italy.

As IET HR Regional Partner, you will be responsible for:

- Providing guidance, Coach, Develop and engage people leaders and employees

- Participating in and being a key contributor at key management discussions and providing HR input for strategic business/regional projects, long-term planning and budgeting processes as well as the employee engagement initiatives on the ground

- Collaborating with Labour and Employee Relations Center of Excellence (L&ER CoE) to successfully implement policies and framework

- Being the focal point and providing support with the local Works Council/Unions matters

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's / Master's degree from an accredited university or college

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in different HR Manager roles, in particular supporting a Manufacturing plant

- Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Have demonstrable commercial acumen, analytical ability and use of data to provide key business insights.

- Be able to lead projects / process improvement / policy formulation

- Have a client focus mindset and the ability to build good relationships with business leaders

- Be fluent in English, both oral and written
