We are looking for a Network Operation Center / Master Control Room Operator for a full-time position that would join the team at our NOC center in Rome.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monitor, operate and support all of the companys 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components functions and make sure that they are active and problem-free. Customer support act as the initial point of contact for all the companys clients. Troubleshoot and fix technical issues. Accountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved, whilemaintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them. Manage escalation process until resolution, including coordination with in-house engineers and third parties. Manage and coordinate technical maintenances related to the companys distribution services. Monitor and operate, if needed, facility air-conditioning, UPS, generators etc. Work on a shift rotation basis, on a 24/7 basis.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/ADVANTAGES:

RF, satellites, networks, electronics, video and/or soundEngineering studies will be considered an advantageTechnical or customer support experience will be considered an advantage PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
