**Scope and Purpose**:

**Required Experience**:

Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in corporate lending/structured finance (experience in corporate acquisition financing will be considered as a plus) or debt origination

**Competencies Required**:

- Advanced experience gained in advising, originating, structuring and executing corporate lending/structured finance transactions - Financial modelling skills (business plans) - Exposure to senior stakeholders - Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact confidently with both clients and other professionals within the bank - Team orientation and demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members and different units of the bank
