**Scope and Purpose**:

Scope of the work will include, inter alia:

- Support the rating advisory process, including preparing spreadsheets, comparative statistics, graphs, tables, recovery analysis etc.

- Perform credit analysis on a company and sector basis under guidance of senior members of the Rating Advisory Team in order to produce internal credit rating estimates

- Produce Rating Books or other material relating to rating advisory activity under the guidance of senior members of the Rating Advisory Team

- Support the DCM team in the production of content in DCM pitches in terms of Rating Analysis

- Conduct Debt and capital structure analysis, ESG rating analysis for our clients

- Perform administrative tasks such as, update of watching list, etc.

Purpose:

**Required Experience**:

At least 4 years of experience in a Major Rating Agency or on a Rating or Debt/Capital Advisory team of an investment bank is preferred

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business administration, Economics, Finance or related field

- Strong proficiency in Office mainly PowerPoint and Excel (with the ability to use financial models)

- Knowledge of main Rating Agencies methodologies is preferred

- Debt capital market instruments knowledge is considered important
