It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_
**Scope and Purpose**:
- Support the Head of ECM and the team in arranging and executing complex deals exploiting the whole array of equity products
- Enable major synergies with WM / UHNWI network
**Required Experience**:
- More than 7 years in leading domestic and international investment banks
**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:
- Deep knowledge of ECM products
- Strong connections with corporate clients and investors (long only stakeholders)
- Specific knowledge and ability to define tailor-made equity market solutions (e. g.
including pre-IPO situation)
- Alternative Investment Vehicle market knowledge (e. g.
including club deals structuring)
