**Scope and Purpose**:

- Responsible for promoting and being actively involved in the origination of structured finance transactions, with a clear focus on infra and energy

- Assist team Head in debt origination with the development of the business strategy for specific regions, industry sectors and/or clients

- Work closely with industry/relationship teams to identify and pursue appropriate business opportunities in multiple geographies

- Coordinate and work closely with product teams including, structured finance, syndication and associated cross-selling and revenue enhancement products (Debt Advisory, M&A, DCM, ECM, etc.

)

- Involvement in client meetings to present and discuss new business opportunities and follow up

- Involvement in the preparation of pitchbooks, EOIs/LOIs; responses to RfPs, etc.

- Support relationship / structured finance teams in overseeing and supervising credit and execution processes, to ensure an efficient workflow both in terms of origination and execution of transactions

- Read Information Memorandum/Term Sheet and selectively review specific aspects of due diligence that are important

**Scope and Purpose**:

- Provide guidance, if required, on the essential aspects to focus on in the due diligence/documentation process

- Provide, where applicable, specialist industry knowledge/experience

- Take a lead role, if required, in any negotiations involved, including with legal advisors, consultants and clients

- Liaising and coordinating with all relevant internal stakeholders

**Required experience**:

- +8 year of work experience in structured finance / debt advisory / debt origination / coverage, with a clear focus on the infrastructure and/or energy industries

**Required qualifications, skills and knowledge**:

- Long term exposure to infrastructure (e. g.

transport, social infra, regulated assets, digital infra, etc. )

and energy industries (e. g.

power generation, renewables, energy transport, storage and distribution, etc.

)

- Deep technical knowledge to generate value adding solutions

- Experienced gained in advising, originating, structuring and executing structured finance projects

- Exposure to senior stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact confidently with both clients and other professionals within the bank

- Team orientation and demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members of multiple regions and of different units of the bank

- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment

- Proactive, with self-motivation and an ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines

- Willingness to learn attitude and an analytical mind-set

- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English and, potentially, additional languages

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
