It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to pursue a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:Scope and PurposeIncrease the profitability of the Interest Rates sales team by significantly improving the performance of mid and large corporate clients, focusing on Flow and, more importantly, on strategic business, delivering value-added solutions. Experience Required5 years in Interest Rates or Macro Sales to Italian/European Corporates. Required Qualifications and CompetenciesDeep knowledge of the Interest Rates market. Strong capabilities to leverage existing clients of the bank and proactiveness to onboard new ones with an entrepreneurial approach. Team spirit is essential to deliver high-profile results. Proactive attitude to deliver high added value service and coverage to corporate clients (large and mid). Putting clients first, building relationships to understand and exceed expectations. Acting like a partner with colleagues, responding to feedback from managers and peers. Thinking creatively and encouraging, challenging traditional thinking. Thinking innovatively and out of the box.
