This unique role involves working across the spectrum of capital with an impact approach, directly contributing to our mission.
You will implement the impact strategy and track the social and environmental performance of our investments and grants.
Responsibilities: Implementation of Impact and Philanthropy Strategy: - Support the execution of PFC's strategy across investments, grants, and advocacy.
- Manage daily operations of initiatives, including pre- and post-deployment impact analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to develop frameworks and processes that enhance social and environmental outcomes.
Impact Measurement and Management: - Co-design and implement ESG and impact measurement assessments for investments.
- Conduct due diligence on new impact investments and philanthropic opportunities.
- Develop and manage systems for tracking portfolio impact against KPIs.
- Prepare detailed impact reports on investments and activities.
Impact Reporting and Communication: - Contribute to reports on impact performance for family office leadership, including insights on advocacy and capital deployment.
- Help create communication materials for external stakeholders, such as partners and beneficiaries.
Impact Learning and Innovation: - Support the ongoing development of PFC's impact strategy by analyzing data and industry trends.
- Assist in creating educational materials and impact reports for internal and external sharing.
- Collaborate on innovative approaches to impact investing and philanthropy.
- Help track and calculate impact bonuses, ensuring alignment with targets. The Candidate: The ideal candidate has a good understanding of impact investing and philanthropy within a family office context.
We seek someone who: - Has 5 years of experience in impact measurement and social/environmental capital deployment.
- Understands impact investing and ESG frameworks (e. g. , UN SDGs, TCFD, IMP), Benefit Corporation framework, and their application across asset classes. - Possesses solid experience in sustainability and impact assessment.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Is fluent in English and Italian, with outstanding communication skills.
- Is motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while being a team player. Additional Skills Qualities: - Experience engaging with external partners and advocacy groups to maximize impact.
- Genuine passion for impact, sustainability, philanthropy, and advocacy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Familiarity with family offices and global sustainability initiatives. Compensation and Benefits: - Full-time, permanent contract.
- Salary €34k to €45k RAL based on experience. - Bonus up to 40% of RAL, based on performance.
