Impiegato/A Back Office
We are currently looking for a Back Office Employee to join our team in Rome.
As a Back Office Employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the company's operations.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's back-office processes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Processing and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Managing and organizing company documents, records, and databases - Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects - Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and interactions with customers - Providing general administrative support to the team as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
