To strengthen our Back Office team, we are looking for:
Back Office - Customer Service Employee Main Responsibilities: Monitor customer practices; Perform deadline checks; Manage customer care to remind clients of their activation deadlines; Input data into company management systems; Periodically prepare sales reports.
Requirements: Communication skills; Customer orientation; Organization, precision, and reliability; Computer skills: knowledge of basic IT tools (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with management software and CRM; Ability to work independently and in a team.
