**Role and Responsibility

- Cold calls and follow-up calls

- New Business Acquisition B2B and B2C

- Calling leads that complete forms on our website

- Calling leads that request to book consultations

- Follow-up with leads to develop them into customers

- Update CRM records in line with activities

**Required Skills and Experience

- Good computer literacy

- Telesales experience

- Previous customer service experience

- Enjoy office-based sales and talking on the phone

- Italian native speaker

- Good command of the English language (only needed for internal communication with HQ in Austria)

- Strong communication skills

- Results-driven with a professional work ethic

- Dedicated, reliable, go-getter who is intuitive and sees the bigger picture

- Productive both while working on your own and as part of a team

**Advantageous

- CRM experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office 365)

- Interest in the smart home/home automation industry

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato, Tempo determinato
