Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Support in maintaining information database;

- Support during the monthly closing activities;

- Support in Cross-checking accounts and accounting documents;

- Supporting the managing of activity administrative inbound, in line with the physical and operative inbound;

- Support in identifying process and/or system measures to optimize data flow and reliability;

- Cooperating with the various company areas involved;

The type of person we are looking for:

- Registered in the list of protected categories pursuant to Law 68/99;

- Strong communication e interpersonal skills;

- Excellent team working capabilities;

- Reliability and attention to details;

- Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities;

- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel is mandatory);

- Problem solving and proactive attitude;

- Very strong relationship and communications skills;

- Attention to the details, hard worker and passionate about his/her job;

- Good fluency in English;
