Essential:Previous experience with the Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar FB Point-of-Sale software products. Tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management fieldKnowledge of manual Food Beverage procedures. Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle 12c, 19c Database Server is preferred. Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PC's and troubleshooting techniques. Good knowledge of Hardware - Workstations, Printers and any peripherals.

Superior communication skills, written and verbal. Proven ability to work unsupervised or as a team member of both the local office team and wider company teams. Creative thinking abilities so experiences and knowledge may be used to create new ideas and think 'outside the box'. A self-starter with initiative, drive and strong desire to succeed. Troubleshoot SQL queries, SOAP and REST API call sequences, and overall menu item structure of Oracle Simphony. Ability to work under stress. Flexibility with people, time and shifts.
