About the job The Risk and Fraud Consulting team is hiring an Implementation Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you will: Serve as customer liaison on projects to assure success throughout the entire customer life cycle. Interact with clients/customers, staff, Group Managers, and applicable departments at SAS. Leverage domain and industry expertise. Understand the sales cycle and the concept of business solution selling.
Primary Responsibilities: Assumes fiscal responsibility for the projects, including managing budget, expense management, timely invoicing, receivables tracking and monitoring/managing subcontractor expenses. Identifies, documents and escalates any performance issues and skills deficiencies of members of the project team to the appropriate management team. Assists in the response to RFIs and RFPs, utilizing the RFP Repository and coordinating the consulting resources that are providing the technical information. Role competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent critical thinking skills with a demonstrated history of making good decisions in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable communicating with people in public forums to deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, videos, and other relevant content. Possess results-oriented business acumen, strategic planning, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adhere to deadlines. Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Project Management. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. Project management experience in a software development organization. Fluent in Italian; English is required. An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
