**Responsibilities**:

The Import/Export Administrator assist with the preparation of import and export documents in compliance with customs and government regulations.

- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.

- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.

- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.

- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.

- Performs other tasks as assigned.

- Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents

**Qualifications**:

- University degree.

- English level fluent.

- At least one year of experience in a customs warehouse or similar setting required.

- Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents

**Competencies

- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.

- High organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
