Job Summary

In charge of performing the administrative tasks for tracking inbound and outbound shipments of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify and maintain records on inbound and outbound shipments and invoices.

- Ensure that suppliers and/or brokers meet required performance indicators.

- Interface with transportation suppliers regarding rate management.

- Maintain high quality service levels for new and existing suppliers, customers, and transport lanes

- Interface with Trade Compliance and/or Customs Brokers directly to ensure appropriate transport flows and requirements met.

- Support cost and quote forecasting with partnership of Finance.

- Produce reoccurring reports as directed by business management.

- Organize regular business reviews for all suppliers.

- Responsible of standards and disciplines for transport operations.

- Ensure compliance of supplier contracts and pricing.

- Partner with business management and Trade Compliance as inconsistencies arise.

Qualifications:

- Typically requires completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent.

- Typically requires 2+ years of related experience.
