Impress: Dental Clinic Director
Be responsible for the Impress team and Team performance in ItalyEnsure the compliance of legal requirements for the company and clinic together with other departmentsBe responsible for medical requirements and sanitary compliance of the clinicsOrganize sales, support teams and doctors in all cities where Impress is present in Italy together with the sales coordinator. Motivate all teams to achieve the best results possible.
Continual training and development of all members of the sales department, ensure the correct use of tools by the teamsEnsure staffing needs and create schedules.
Be involved in hiring, communicating feedback and termination of contractsAssists with finance companies, organize partnerships and create B2B partnershipsBe the connection between Headquarters and Impress Italy.
Communicate vision, motivate teams, and ensure great performance and competitive atmosphere for the projectDaily and weekly monitoring of sales plan achievement and conversion rates by sales rep, doctors, and city. Identify sales opportunities and grow our presence in your region.
Take responsibility for the retention of customer accounts.
Solve escalated issues of problem patientsHelp with recruitment and selection for the sales department and clinic personnelEngage in marketing and interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. Create a perfect customer experience in every moment of the customer journey.
Be the face of Impress in your region generating and qualifying leads as well as promoting the company's products and servicesEnsure 100% amazing look and feel in the clinicsRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of the industryTechnical skills:
Autonomy, capacity to work on a project-based environment, advanced analytical, planning and deadline management skillsSoft skills:
