YOUR RESPONSABILITIES Ensure that all relevant Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes are in place to ensure compliance with internal, legal, and international standards Coordinate and conduct audits (internal and external), as well as prepare and support certifications Advise and support Alpitronic's process owners in defining processes and creating IMS documents Provide ongoing support for IMS activities Conduct employee training to continuously maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and awareness throughout the organization Support in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy, roadmap, and budget for the maintenance and further development of the global IMS Analyse, identify, and implement improvement measures and adapt the IMS to new challenges and opportunities Prepare reports and support the preparation of the annual management review YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in quality or manufacturing management, engineering, economics, natural sciences or similar Several years of professional experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Good knowledge of ISO standards with a focus on ISO 9001, basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 would be appreciated QM and auditor training and proven experience in conducting audits Process-oriented thinking and ability to analyse and improve processes Excellent knowledge of German, Italian and English OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
