YOUR RESPONSABILITIESEnsure that all relevant Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes are in place to ensure compliance with internal, legal, and international standardsCoordinate and conduct audits (internal and external), as well as prepare and support certificationsAdvise and support Alpitronic's process owners in defining processes and creating IMS documentsProvide ongoing support for IMS activitiesConduct employee training to continuously maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and awareness throughout the organizationSupport in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy, roadmap, and budget for the maintenance and further development of the global IMSAnalyse, identify, and implement improvement measures and adapt the IMS to new challenges and opportunitiesPrepare reports and support the preparation of the annual management reviewYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in quality or manufacturing management, engineering, economics, natural sciences or similarSeveral years of professional experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial settingGood knowledge of ISO standards with a focus on ISO 9001, basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 would be appreciatedQM and auditor training and proven experience in conducting auditsProcess-oriented thinking and ability to analyse and improve processesExcellent knowledge of German, Italian and EnglishOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
