Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Key responsabilities of the role will include:

Providing support/written advice on specific litigations related topics

Providing support to other Group Legal Affairs Law teams as required on litigations related topics

Providing regular case reports

Dealing with external counsels

Contributing to the management of disputes

Must have

Italian Law Degree

Good knowledge of MS Office

Nice to have

Experience in private practice in litigation/dispute resolution departments of law firms or in litigation departments of companies

Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for relationship development and stakeholder management

Ability to work proactively on assigned tasks

Flexibility and a strong team player attitude
