**A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

- Taking telephone orders, posting on POS system, preparing the tray/trolley, for delivery in the room and follow the tray/trolley collection procedure

- Work with discretion and respect when entering the guests room

- Daily delivery of amenities from Kitchen to all guest rooms in a timely manner, controlling, replacing and collecting those served on previous days

- Interacting with unsatisfied customers in a friendly, positive manner

- In charge of in room minibars: replacing stock, cleaning and guests folio charges

- Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs

- Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and service.

Knowledge of food allergies and intolerance

- Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in

- Attend staff training

- Reporting to Restaurant Manager / Assistant
