We are looking for a In Room Dining Commis for the 2025 season to join our Room Service team.

As an In Room Dining Commis de Rang at Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality are consistently met.

You will work closely with the In Room Dining team to provide a seamless and personalized dining experience for our guests.

He/She reports to In Room Dining Supervisor.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Support the In Room Dining Waiter in providing food and beverage service in guest rooms.

- Assist in providing food and beverage service in guest rooms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

- Assist in customizing and enhancing the in-room bar offerings to suit individual guest preferences.

- Collaborate to ensure that the quality of service meets the high standards of LQA and Belmond.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is preferred

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

- Flexibility to work various shifts

- HACCP certification
