We are looking for a In Room Dining Waiter for the 2025 season to join our Room Service team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.

He/She reports to In Room Dining Supervisor.

Main duties & responsibilities: Anticipate guests' needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized room service experience.

Provide food and beverage service in guest rooms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully Personalize the in-room bar offer Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly.

Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.

Settore Turismo - Level 4, In Room Dining Waiter Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
