**As part of the Customer Development department, the role involves the responsibility of a number of POS representatives of Hyper and Super universe.

**Based on 5Ps assessment, He/She will be in charge of challenges / opportunities on each POS assigned to increase sell out and SOM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Reduce Out of stock level Guarantee Assortment compliance in POS Fast distribution of innovation and new products**:

- ** Work in partnership with store managers in order to increase CP Share of Shelf, Share of Market and Placement**:

- ** POP Material Implementation at shelf/out of shelf**:

- ** Negotiation and implementation of promotional area and Shopper events**:

- ** Alert on competitor activities

**Education/ Experience and Key Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)**:

- ** Short prior experience (i. e. stage) preferred**:

- ** Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)**:

- ** Driving License

**Location: Cosenza e provincia

**Contract:Temporary max 12 months
