Contribute to improve the commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product, and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment.
Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience Drive the omni-channel experience in store and use digital resources to communicate whenever face-to-face is not possible.
Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment Leading by Example demonstrate best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clientelling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming, etc. , taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward-thinking mindset Supervises the state of the stockroom and of the related stockpile, ensuring that they are in line with the sales potential, coordinating the related team and keeping informed the Store Manager about adjustments Optimizes the stock management and verifies that the goods handling is suitable for the sales process, collaborating with the reference employee Ensures the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom, collaborating with the store team Supports the Store Manager in managing all the activities related to the annual closure, category flash inventories, and fiscal annual inventory KEY REQUIREMENTS Previous at least 5 years experience in fashion/luxury retail In-depth product knowledge of women's universe, either RTW, shoes, and accessories Experience in training the team, empower, and motivate Results-driven and customer-focused Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc. )
