Contribute to improve the commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product, and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment. Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experienceDrive the omni-channel experience in store and use digital resources to communicate whenever face-to-face is not possible. Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experienceBuild a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagementSupport the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the clientActively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segmentLeading by Example demonstrate best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiativesGuarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clientelling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming, etc. , taking action to solve problems with positive outcomesBuild and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward-thinking mindsetSupervises the state of the stockroom and of the related stockpile, ensuring that they are in line with the sales potential, coordinating the related team and keeping informed the Store Manager about adjustmentsOptimizes the stock management and verifies that the goods handling is suitable for the sales process, collaborating with the reference employeeEnsures the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom, collaborating with the store teamSupports the Store Manager in managing all the activities related to the annual closure, category flash inventories, and fiscal annual inventoryKEY REQUIREMENTS Previous at least 5 years experience in fashion/luxury retailIn-depth product knowledge of women's universe, either RTW, shoes, and accessoriesExperience in training the team, empower, and motivateResults-driven and customer-focusedStrong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.
