MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Embody values and culture, showing the highest integrity and ethical behaviour, proactively promoting the same attitude and passion; Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting; Build strong relationships with clients in order to discover their needs and wishes; Talk to clients while they wait to be with the Sales Associate in charge of the Métier they are interested in; Manage customer queues through a dedicated app on Hermès devices; Assist clients and support sales colleagues in complex situations regarding returns and reservations, etc; Ensure the store is always in excellent condition by supervising relevant external suppliers, such as florists and catering, monitoring the supply of food & beverage. PROFILE Bachelor's degree preferably with a hospitality or fashion management focus; Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage; Professional background: previous experience in similar positions, preferably in a luxury goods boutique or in hospitality; Proficient with Excel / IT tools; Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration, and teamwork complete the profile.
