As an Expert Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on **Objets Nomades **category (LOUIS VUITTON interior design collection), ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand, delivering them the best Client experience and conveying your passion for the product.

You will be the voice of Home Design category for Clients and the team in the store.

Missions

**Be an Exceptional Client Advisor

- Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on Objets Nomades category to Clients (whether design related, inspiration or technical), supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.

- Be a strong design advisor assessing Client's home style and match with product recommendations.

- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

- Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge of your category.

- Be ready to work on the field, visit client's apartment to participate at the delivery and cross sell proposing additional items.

**Promote and Show Ownership for the Objets Nomades Category

- Be the ambassador and role model for Home Design category, demonstrating an active and genuine passion as well as a strong knowledge of the competition.

- Master a deep knowledge of the category and be able to deal with the most demanding Client situations.

- Act as a proactive force for the Team Manager in developing the business and be a key contributor for sales.

- Interact with the Visual Merchandiser to make sure your category is well displayed.

- Master all the digital tools and promote the constant usage by the team.

- Constantly catch-up with the Merchandising team for feedbacks, action plans and product novelties.

**Support the Store Team on the Objets Nomades Category

- Be a point of reference for the category in store, sharing passion for the product and inspiring others.

- Be a partner to the Learning Manager to develop selling skills and product knowledge in the store.

Profil

**Main requirements

- Experience in Retail industry

- Fluently in Italian and English, a third language will be considered a plus

- Strong communication skill, proactive and commercial mindset

- Excellent client experience

- Understand the business priority and store dynamics

- Knowledge of basic design app's it's a plus.
